You will not be permitted in before your scheduled arrival time.  Please try to arrive within a 1/2 hour following your scheduled arrival time.  There is no limit to how long you can stay.  Last admission of the day is at 5:30pm.

 

Wagon Ride | 2 years or older

 Per Person

Our wagon ride is a 12 minute behind the scenes tour of our farm.  It departs every half hour at the top and bottom of the hour.  Tickets will be available for purchase at the farm only, allowing you to choose what time you would like to ride.  Space is limited.

What activities are included for kids 2-13 years old?

– Playground equipment with swings etc.
– Cottonseed Mountain (kids love to climb & slide down)
– Sand pile with toy trucks & tractors for the kids.
– Petting Corral
– Pedal cart/tricycle Race Track
– Lots of “kid-powered” games
– Giant slides
– Special area for children under 5 years old

When does the wagon ride run?

Wagon rides run on the the half hour.

Last wagon ride of the day is at 6:00pm

What presentations are available?

Our “How Pumpkins Grow” presentation is for reserved weekday morning groups only. Schedule a group field trip by contacting us here

What types of pumpkins are available?

We’ll have lots of great pumpkins for sale!! Cinderellas, Whites, Fairytales, Howdens, and Merlins just to name a few. Sizes range from tiny to 100+ lbs. Also available for sale will be Indian Corn, Corn Stalks,  & gourds.

Do you charge for parking?

Currently we do not charge for parking. Parking maintenance cost are absorbed in the admission fee and products we sell.

Our parking lot has marked parking spaces.  Please park within the marked areas.  If a parking attendant is on duty,

Please follow the instructions of the attendant as where to park.  Please drive very slowly in the parking lot as there will be many children present.

There are designated handicap parking spots near the front entrance.  Please do not park in these slots if you do not have a need for them and/or a handicap permit. 

Is the entrance road paved?

No, it is a dirt road since it is not county maintained. We do constantly keep it damp to minimize dust and also grade the road to maintain ruts and other debris.

 

Can I bring my pet to the farm?

For the health and safety of our animals and the safety of all of our guests, we ask that you not bring your pet to the farm.  Fully trained and certified service animals are permitted.

Can I bring in my own food?

Yes, we allow you to bring in your own food but as that you do not bring in alcoholic beverages.

Can I smoke anywhere on the property?

We are a non-smoking venue.  If you must smoke, we ask that you go out to the parking lot, well away from hay and dry cornstalks, before you light up.

Visiting Oma’s Family Farm during COVID-19

Here at Oma’s Family Farm we are committed to the health and safety of our guests, our staff and our family.  We have several hand washing stations throughout our venue and have added many hand sanitation stations as well.  We are implementing and following CDC and health department guidelines. 

We kindly ask that you come willing to comply with the guidelines we have set in place.  Masks will be required to join us here at the farm unless you can safely maintain a social distance of 6 feet from others not in your party. Masks will always be required when you ride the wagon ride and if you enter Oma’s Market (Gift Shop).   

Additionally, we have set up online tickets sales to reduce lines and contact. 
All admission ticket sales will be online.  No ticket sales at the gate.
